Blah, back at the scion dealership

Tire pressure light is on, not sure why everything seems ok. The light still bugs me. Waiting at the dealership now.

Busy week, no real blog updates

With the iPhone 5 and Boarderlands 2 coming out. Not to mention iOS 6 I am not sure if I will get any updates in. Oh well, it's an amazing week regardless.

Oil Change

Oil changes are the bane of my existence. My Scion iQ is getting its 5k mile service. Now I get to sit around for two hours.

Big assed workout babes. Amazing.
Totally feeling way behind on my running, so todays motivation comes from behind. Definitely in the way you are expecting.

Arrogant Bastard Oaked mini review

This shits some scary stuff. Easy to drink and has a great taste. If it wasn't 18.99 for a 6 pack I could live off this stuff. The "Oak Monster" makes a huge appearance as the name suggests. I don't think it's worth the price, but if you run across some defiantly consider grabbing a bottle.

Hot Runner Girls

Trying to find inspiration to get my ass up go for a run before the half marathon this weekend I stumbled across these.

Yup, obnoxiously hot runner girls. This is the reason to go to the park instead of hitting the treadmill in your garage. That and the angry raccoons living behind the snowblower.

Chunk with Big Boobs Vs Skinny and Fit

I have always wondered what attracts males more. Skinny and fit girls or chunky ones with big boobs. I would go skinny and fit any day.

Hot Fitness Girls

The question is how attractive do you find buff ladies. All of these girls look like they run 4 minute miles and bench press dump trucks. Personally I have no idea how someone couldn't find fitness freaks like these appealing.

Pumpkin Beer

Spending the night trying new pumpkin beers and catching up on Walking Dead before the new season starts. I have a horrible life. On a side note the Pumpking beer is legendary. One of the best beers I have ever tried.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake Recipe

Workout Nutrition and Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake Recipe « Juggernaut Training Systems: "PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE"

'via Blog this'

Just stumbled across this recipe for a pumpkin pie shake. I would replace their weight loss formula with a scoop of protein myself. Just because I haven't tried it.

Jack3d Review For Runners

I have been using pre-workout supplements for runner for a while now. Most people take a Fish Oil pills to fight off inflamation which is a godsend for runners. But this one is what gets me out in the park when I don't feel like moving. It's Jack3d. This stuff is ridiculous, it's like a Redbull combined with B-Complex and shot of adrenaline. Totatlly worth the $30-40 you will shell out for a months supply.

Hot Running Girl

A few days a week I end up running at the park about 5 minutes from my house. Most of the time I am stuck running around old people and dogs. Every once in a while, I get stuck behind something ridiculous like this. Girls like this are the main reason any of us do events like the Warrior Dash, and the Tough Mudder. Simply Amazing.
If this isn't your "thing", I'm sorry for you.

What to know about Run For Your Lives

I did the "Run For Your Lives" race yesterday, it was by far the most exhausting mud run I have been on yet. For those of you who haven't heard of this incredible zombie infested 5k, here is what you're in for.

I should mention that I have done 2 Warrior Dashes, the Cleveland Half Marathon, and 1 Tough Mudder. I expected this to be a fun little jog with a few zombies, no big deal. 15 minutes into this race I was sprinting so fast that throwing up wasn't out of the question. Dodging zombies and making it out "alive" with 1 or more flags is no easy thing.

If you give this run a shot (and you should) definitely remember to wear shoes that grip your feet. The mud obstacles will suck your shoes right off, then the zombies will finish you while you attempt to find your shoes in a mud pit.
I would also recommend showing up about 2 hours early, the Run For Your Lives crew are doing an excellent job, but it seems like they might be struggling a bit with how popular the run is becoming so quickly, so parking and check in are slower than at the warrior dash or TM.

I did end up finishing "alive" with one flag, but it wasn't easy and I ended up with I believe may be a broken palm and some cuts and bruises on my knees. Totally worth it to survive, but now its a tad bit uncomfortable.
My time was 48ish minutes, I did the Warrior Dash in 39 so that should tell you how much some of these Zombie obstacles can hold you up.
